* I am not currently taking insurance, but can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. A "superbill" is a list of services provided that sometimes can be reimbursed by your insurance. Please check with your insurance plan to determine if out of network services can be reimbursed.

- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Is there a deductible for out of network providers?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions?

Good Faith Estimate Notice

Under the law, health care providers need to provide a "Good Faith Estimate" of what the charges could be for psychotherapy services. While it is not possible for a therapist to know, in advance, how many sessions may be necessary or appropriate for a given person, your total cost of services will depend upon the number of sessions you attend, your individual circumstances, and the amount of services that are provided to you. There may be additional items or services I may recommend as part of your care that must be first approved by you.
